Waves may be my favorite thing to shoot during the day, but I love looking up at night. More than sunrise and sunset, being able to see the infinite appearance of the cosmos helps me keep everything in perspective. Because my job is dangerous and life is short, I constantly search for ways to leave a lasting legacy with the world. And since you have to go pretty far to escape the light pollution we’ve generated on this planet, my hope is that by capturing these images, I can—in some small way—evoke the same awe and wonder for you that I felt when took them.
